Session Length: Each session runs for 1 hour and can include from individual to groups.

Kicking is about technique and confidence. Improvements come with lots of effort and we as coaches allow you to fast track your results from that hard work. we work with your style of kicking and enhance that with great technique. Soon you will be kicking further more direct with less effort.
